About the CARE Store
Hello NBMS Community!
CARE got off to a great start this year!! We wanted to express our gratitude for the incredible support which you have given our program. Thank you for your generosity in donating items and giving of your time to volunteer at the CARE Store.
CARE is a program run by PTSA volunteers with the help of and in coordination with the NBMS administration. CARE stands for “Communicate, Accountability, Respect, Environment.” The students are awarded CARE Stamps by their teachers when they demonstrate the CARE values, and accumulate these stamps on their CARE Sheets (ask your kid to show you their sheet if you have not seen it yet).
The school has kindly provided us with a dedicated space to run the CARE Store in the Cafeteria, where students can shop various items with their awarded stamps. We try to stock things kids like (games, toys, pop-its, Pokemon, etc.) and are always asking your kids which rewards they would like to see in stock.
The PTSA also provides a budget for purchasing some items for the store. However, we do rely, heavily, on the NBMS community’s help for both running the store and keeping the merchandise varied and plentiful. You have already given so generously and we thank you so much for your amazing help.
Lastly, we have created a dedicated email address for your questions and suggestions for the CARE Store: nbmscare@gmail.com.
Thank you very much and we look forward to seeing many of you at the CARE Store!!
